1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of meridianmarketing.co and any related pages, forms and surveys (the "Site"), operated by Meridian Growth Marketing LLC ("Meridian," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Frisco, Texas. By using the Site, submitting your information, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, submit your information, or opt in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. Our services
Meridian provides marketing services to businesses, including video content production, social media content, paid advertising, lead funnels and CRM automation. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing and payment terms for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, invoice or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
3. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you fill out a form, survey or booking request. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site, access it through automated means, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
Program description: If you opt in by checking the consent box on one of our forms or surveys and providing your phone number, Meridian Growth Marketing may send you text messages about appointment scheduling, reminders and confirmations, follow-up on your inquiry, service updates and, if you separately consent, marketing and promotional offers.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, design, logos and videos, belongs to Meridian or is used with permission from our clients, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Ownership of content we create for a client is governed by that client's service agreement.
6. Results and disclaimers
Results shown on the Site reflect the experience of specific past clients and are not a guarantee of future results. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market, budget, offer and follow-up. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
8. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as scheduling, video hosting, analytics and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
