I've been creative my whole life. My first business was a recording studio, and beyond the music, it taught me how to film, how to edit, and how to work with creative people in a creative space. Those turned out to be the skills everything else was built on.
From there I started a detailing business. To grow it, I taught myself how to run ads, and it worked well enough that other people in the industry started asking me to run theirs. That's how the agency began: one detailing shop at a time, learning what actually brings in jobs by spending my own money to find out.
Today I run Meridian Growth Marketing, helping home service businesses generate more leads through content, advertising, and our three-step method. I've been on the other side of it — the owner watching the ad spend, wondering whether any of it is working — and I build every campaign with that in mind.

Most builds go live within 7–10 days. That covers ad creative, the funnel, and the forms that capture your leads. Timeline depends mostly on how quickly we can get footage and account access from you.
How are you different from other brand & digital marketing agencies?
Most agencies hand you leads and stop there. We build the full path, the ads that bring people in, the funnel that captures them, and the CRM automation that follows up until they book. If a lead goes cold, that's a system problem, and we own the system.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your ad accounts, a couple hours for a video shoot, and honest answers about what jobs you actually want more of. We handle the rest of the setup.
Do I need to already be using a CRM?
No. We build everything inside GoHighLevel and set up your account as part of onboarding. If you're already on a system you like, we'll work with it where we can.
